Burpee deadlift to boxjump

The initial movement in this workout is the burpee.

1. Start by standing upright, with dumbbells placed on the floor outside of the feet, then bend to place the hands on the floor outside of the feet. The feet then jump back away from the hands into a press up, the chest is then lowered to touch the floor, the arms straighten again and the feet come back to the start position.

2. The hands now grasp the dumbbells. Ensuring the back is straight, place body weight in the heels. The dumbbells are lifted to a standing position. Again, ensuring the back remains straight, the dumbbells are lowered.

3.Standing upright once more, jump onto the box aiming to land in the middle of it. The body should again stand tall on top of the box ensuring both the knees and hips are straight.

Step down from the box and resume the burpee position. Continue this chain for 30 complete reps.
